This five day intensive Business Analysis Bootcamp will empower participants with a wide range of comprehensive skills, tools and techniques. The workshop begins by laying the foundation for project success by performing enterprise analysis to properly focus attention on issues, opportunities, benefits, stakeholders, scope and objectives. Once those key elements are defined, participants will broaden their knowledge about the requirements process through elicitation, discovery, documentation and validation techniques.
Survival Skills for Analysts (2 days) $1,500.00 plus $150.00 GST = $1,650.00 inc. GST
This workshop teaches analysts what types of communication and analysis project managers need and when. Participants also learn techniques for facilitating effective meetings with technical people or customers; accurately appraising group dynamics; and listening for concerns germane to project success.
